Race-day sequence
Times vary. The event notice is the final reference before you travel.
Check in. Find a pit space. Prepare the car safely.
Learn the layout. Check the car and timing transponder.
Timed runs set the final groups. Racers marshal between runs.
Race drivers at a similar pace. Leave the venue ready for the next meeting.
Entry route
The Futaba Grand Prix uses WLRC entry. BRCA, King of Clubs and Iconic Cup use their organisers’ systems. Use the entry link on each fixture and you’ll always be sent to the right place.
Read rules & safetyBefore you race
The final event notice always takes priority.
Gate and start times are confirmed for each event. Club rounds usually start early. Check before setting off.
Club meetings move from practice to timed qualifying and finals. Drivers marshal between runs.
Classes and permitted equipment are confirmed per meeting. Use the entry action on the fixture. External events keep their own systems.
